Jeff Ogrisseg is a staff writer and domestic news and business editor for The Japan Times in Tokyo.
He is a former Navy Journalist and former Navy Air Traffic Controller. Jeff has spent 13 years out of
the last 15 in the Pacific area, including a total of eight years in and around Japan.
He has made his home in Yokosuka, near the area once governed by William Adams, the real-life
